This locally owned physical therapy company is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join their team. The Medical Receptionist will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting administrative functions at their clinics in their First Hill location. This organization prides itself on maintaining a lower patient volume to ensure a more personal interaction between patients and doctors. Key Responsibilities:

Provide reception support at various clinics throughout the Seattle/Bellevue area Manage multiple phone lines efficiently Greet patients warmly and energetically Verify insurance coverage for patient visits Address patient inquiries and concerns Schedule patient appointments You will excel as a Medical Receptionist if you enjoy working independently and are dedicated to delivering outstanding service to both patients and clinic staff.

Schedule:

7am - 4 pm, Monday -

Friday Pay:

$23-25/hr

Floating Medical Receptionist Requirements:
