We are growing and looking for the right person to take ownership of our front desk operations. Position Overview This is an active operations role responsible for maintaining accuracy, patient flow, and communication at the front desk. This position acts as the control center of the clinic , ensuring that patients, scheduling, and administrative systems run smoothly and consistently throughout the day. Performance Expectations This role requires consistent execution, attention to detail, and full task completion . Tasks must be completed fully and accurately — not partially Systems and checklists must be followed consistently Patient communication must be timely and complete The front desk must remain organized, prepared, and professional at all times What Success Looks Like All patients are processed accurately and completely — every time Schedules are maintained without errors, gaps, or confusion All communication is handled promptly and fully (no loose ends) The clinic environment is consistently clean, organized, and patient-ready Daily tasks are completed, verified, and closed — not assumed Core Responsibilities Patient check-in and check-out (accurate and complete) Scheduling and managing patient flow Answering phones, texts, and patient inquiries (timely response required) Insurance verification and patient account setup Assigning fee schedules and maintaining financial accuracy Preparing new patient files and reviewing paperwork for completeness Coordinating with doctor and billing for accuracy and follow-through Maintaining organized charts, records, and systems Monitoring and completing daily operational checklists Maintaining front desk and clinic environment readiness Ensuring all tasks are completed, verified, and closed before moving on Key Skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Consistent follow-through and task completion Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while completing each task fully and accurately Organized and system-oriented mindset Clear and professional communication Ability to take ownership of responsibilities without constant supervision Requirements Proven ability to follow structured systems and checklists Demonstrated ability to complete tasks fully without supervision Reliable attendance — consistently on time and prepared to work Ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred (Not Required) Experience in a healthcare or chiropractic setting Experience with scheduling software or EHR systems Insurance verification or billing experience This Role Is NOT a
