Dental Receptionist

Job description Full-Time Dental Front Office (Insurance Experience Required) We are a small family practice which strives for excellence and treats our patients fairly. We are seeking a Full-Time Front Office Administrative Professional with strong dental insurance experience to join our team.

Schedule Monday:

7AM•4PM (guaranteed weekly)

Tuesday:

7AM•4PM (guaranteed weekly)

Thursdays:

7AM•4PM (guaranteed weekly)

Friday:

7AM•3PM (guaranteed weekly)

Key Responsibilities :

Dental insurance verification, billing, and claims submissions and follow-up Patient check-in/check-out and scheduling Answering phones and providing excellent customer service Managing patient accounts and collecting payments Supporting a smooth and efficient front office work flow

Qualifications :

Prior experience in a dental front office is required Strong knowledge of dental insurance plans and procedures Professional, friendly, and reliable Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Proficiently use Open Dental software or ability to quickly learn
