We are seeking a friendly, confident, and highly communicative extravert to join our dental practice as a full-time receptionist. This is a patient-facing, communication-focused role, and due to the nature of our patient population, fluency in English as well as Russian or Ukrainian is required . No prior dental experience? No problem—we provide on-the-job training and will support you every step of the way. What you'll be doing: Communicating clearly and professionally with patients in person and over the phone in English and Russian or Ukrainian Updating patient records and accurately documenting treatments and procedures Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed Performing general front-office duties, including answering phones, scanning, and faxing Acting as a key liaison between patients and the clinical team Join our team where your communication and administrative skills will help create a warm, welcoming experience for our patients while supporting smooth and efficient clinic operations.
