Job Description

Prosthodontic Specialty Practice Our established two doctor prosthodontic specialty practice is looking for a warm, organized, and professional Front Office Assistant / Treatment Coordinator to join our close-knit team. Our current front office rockstar will be relocating in the coming months, and we are looking for the right long-term fit to continue the exceptional patient experience our office is known for. Our office provides comprehensive prosthodontic care in a professional, patient-centered environment. We value teamwork, attention to detail, and creating an exceptional experience for every patient from the first phone call to the completion of treatment. We specialize in comprehensive restorative and prosthodontic treatment including: Full mouth rehabilitation Crown and bridge Dentures and partial dentures Fixed hybrid prostheses Complex restorative and cosmetic cases This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients and can confidently communicate with individuals undergoing complex dental treatment. The position combines front office responsibilities with treatment coordination, patient communication, scheduling, and financial discussions. What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate is: Warm and personable Detail-oriented and highly organized Calm under pressure Professional and dependable Comfortable multitasking in a specialty practice environment Confident communicating with patients regarding treatment and scheduling Ideal candidate has dental front office and/or dental assisting experience. Strong computer skills and dental knowledge are highly valued. Responsibilities Greet and check in patients Answer phones and manage patient communication Coordinate complex treatment scheduling Discuss treatment plans and financial arrangements with patients Verify insurance and assist with claims coordination Maintain patient records and correspondence Support doctors and team members as needed Help create a welcoming, relationship-driven patient experience Schedule 4 days per week Monday-Thursday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM No Fridays No weekends Benefits Competitive pay based on experience PTO 401(k) Medical and dental benefits Uniform allowance Supportive and team-oriented work environment Long-term career opportunity with growth potential We are looking for someone who wants to become an important part of a collaborative team and contribute to a high level of individualized patient care.
