Front Desk Coordinator - Medical Spa

Solara Aevum is a new medical spa and wellness center in downtown Green Lake, Wisconsin. We offer next-generation wellness and aesthetics experiences where science and self-care come together.

The Position:

We are hiring a Guest Experience Coordinator to assist at our front desk. You will be the first point of contact for every guest, helping manage the schedule, answering phones, and creating a premium guest experience throughout the day.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests and manage check-in and check-out Schedule and confirm appointments in our software and manage the daily calendar across providers Answer phones and respond to inquiries about services and availability Process payments, retail sales, and membership transactions Sanitize treatment rooms and equipment surfaces following our written cleaning protocols Restock supplies and report inventory needs to the Operations Manager Help with opening and closing procedures What We're Looking For A polished, professional appearance and manner. Professional appearance standards apply to this role; they are applied uniformly, with accommodations made as required by law.
