Job Description
Join Our Team as a Dental Receptionist at The Dentists South Shore! Are you an exceptional and enthusiastic individual looking to be part of a dynamic, patient-focused dental practice? The Dentists South Shore is growing, and we are looking for a professional, friendly, and detail-oriented dental receptionist to join our team!
Key Qualifications:
Previous dental front office experience is required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service mindset with a professional and friendly demeanor Comfortable discussing treatment fees, payments, balances, and office policies with patients Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy with scheduling and patient information Experience with or willingness to learn dental software and technology Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude Ability to work independently while also being a team player Willingness to learn and accept coaching and feedbackCompensation:
Competitive, based on experience.Hours:
Monday- Thursday (7:00 AM
- 7:00 PM), Friday (until 2:30 PM), and Saturday (8:00 AM
- 1:00 PM).
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and provide excellent customer service at check-in and check-out Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments accurately to support efficient daily flow Answer phones, texts, and emails promptly and professionally Verify insurance and communicate benefits clearly to patients Collect co-pays, balances, and payments at the time of service Review patient accounts and assist with follow-up on outstanding balances Communicate effectively with providers, hygienists, and team members throughout the day Maintain accurate patient records and protect patient confidentiality (HIPAA compliance) Enforce office policies consistently, including cancellation and financial policies Support team needs such as scanning, filing, and assisting during busy times Apply today and take the next step in your dental career with The Dentists South Shore!Job Type:
