Job Description

About Us:
Main Street Dentists Verona LLC is a patient-focused dental office committed to providing exceptional care. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming environment and are looking for a dedicated dental receptionist.
Job Responsibilities:
Patient Experience:
Greet patients, check them in/out, and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience.
Scheduling:
Manage the schedule and confirm appointments.
Communication:
Answer phone calls, texts, and emails professionally and promptly.
Insurance & Billing:
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits, calculate co-pays, and assist the doctors in presenting treatment plans to patients.
Administration:
Maintain accurate electronic patient records (HIPAA compliance), update patient information, and process payments.
Front Office Maintenance:
Keep the reception area clean and organized.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
1-3 years of dental front desk experience preferred, but we are highly willing to train a motivated candidate who possesses a strong work ethic.
Learning Agility:
Quick learner with a proven ability to absorb, retain, and apply complex information, such as dental billing procedures and treatment plan presentations.
Composure & Multitasking:
Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a calm, positive, and professional demeanor during busy periods.
Team Collaboration:
Adaptable and highly collaborative. Must be able to work smoothly and effectively alongside diverse personalities, supporting both the administrative and clinical teams.
Software:
Familiarity with Dentrix is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
Patient Care:
Professional, friendly, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service skills.
