Operations Supervisor & Clinical Operations Manager Position Summary Waukesha Surgical Specialists is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment while ensuring accurate scheduling, patient check-in/out, and smooth front desk operations in a fast-paced clinical setting. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a team-oriented healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities- Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out in Epic
- Verify patient demographics and insurance information
- Collect co-pays and process payments
- Schedule appointments, procedures, and follow-ups
- Answer phones and route messages professionally
- Manage referrals, recall lists, and patient records
- Obtain medical records and imaging as needed
- Maintain organized front desk and documentation
