• Perform basic receptionist clinical procedures such as answering phones, collecting payments, and scheduling appointments.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic medical record systems
• Prepare patients for appointments by updating relevant information
• Assist healthcare professionals in setting up and cleaning examination rooms
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and front office
• Adhere to HIPAA protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff Qualifications
• Experience with reception/customer service is preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
