Job Description

Education/Experience Needed:
High School Graduate or Equivalent. Prefer Medical Scribe licensure and training. Prefer 3-5 years' experience in a healthcare setting. Must have strong knowledge of administrative processes, and have experience in an office setting, preferably healthcare. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
Schedule:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday daytime hours.
Location:
Will work between Bentonville and Springdale Hospice Homes
SPECIFIC DUTIES
Prepares patient charts and documentation for Interdisciplinary Team Meetings. Assist with facilitating and timekeeping of Interdisciplinary Team Meetings. Scribes for Interdisciplinary Team Meetings ensuring accurate and compliant documentation practices. Upon completion of IDT Meetings ensure the Electronic Medical Record is complete and all documentation requirements are met. Distributes any needed follow up documentation as needed. Assist with CTI completion and tracking. Assist with the gathering of additional records as needed. Assists with Medical Record tasks and initiatives as needed. Be flexible, organized and work effectively and professionally under stress. Demonstrates compassion, empathy, and patience when interacting with patients, families, co-workers, and members of the public. Represents Circle of Life to the community in a positive manner. Demonstrates flexibility, versatility and a positive attitude in integrating additional duties. Performs other duties as assigned.
