Job Description

We are looking for a Medical Scribe to join a plastic surgery practice in Beverly Hills, California on a contract assignment expected to last approximately one month. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a board-certified surgeon in a busy clinical setting, helping ensure accurate documentation and smooth patient visit flow. The ideal candidate is organized, discreet, and comfortable producing precise medical records in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Capture patient visits in real time by documenting consultations, follow-up appointments, and in-office procedures as they occur.
  • Create clear and accurate clinical notes covering medical backgrounds, examinations, care recommendations, and procedure details within the electronic record.
  • Prepare charts ahead of appointments and review documentation for completeness before records are finalized.
  • Enter physician-directed updates, including orders and patient demographic or clinical information, into the medical record system.
  • Protect sensitive health information by following privacy standards and established compliance requirements at all times.
  • Partner with the physician and clinic team to keep daily operations efficient and support an organized patient experience.
