Work Schedule:

Monday-Wednesday, 9-6 pm

Job Details:

Accompany physician in the patient examination room to transcribe history and physical exam, and document the physician's encounter with the patient into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. List all proper diagnoses and symptoms as well as follow up instructions and prescriptions as dictated by the physician. Transcribe patient orders including laboratory tests, radiology tests and medications as dictated by the physician. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Must be fluent in English & Vietnamese Computer savvy with efficient typing skills Knowledge of medical terminology Previous experience as a medical scribe is a plus!
