In this fast-paced role, you will work closely with providers to deliver accurate, real-time clinical documentation, prepare patient charts, and support efficient clinical workflows. This is a paid position offering an excellent opportunity to deepen your medical knowledge while directly contributing to high-quality patient care. It's ideal for experienced scribes and pre-med candidates who take ownership of their work and want to grow. Why This Role Matters The Medical Scribe plays a critical role in patient care. The accuracy of your documentation directly affects clinical decisions, treatment plans, and patient safety, precision is essential in everything you do. Just as important is the judgment to recognize when you're unsure: we need someone who will speak up and ask rather than guess. The providers rely on you as a trusted partner, not just a scribe. • Treats accuracy as non-negotiable. You double-check your work and understand that details matter in a clinical setting.

  • Is proactive and self-directed. You don't wait to be told what to do—you take initiative and own your responsibilities.
  • Works with urgency. You treat same-day chart completion as the standard, not the goal. You stay driven to close out documentation before you leave each day.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. You match the pace and high standards of our clinical team and hold yourself to them.
  • Continuously improves. You go out of your way to learn, build efficiency, and get better at the role over time.
