REQUIREMENTS

Bilingual in Spanish HS diploma 6 months of experience in the healthcare field Responsibilities Prepare, file, retrieve, scan, and maintain paper and electronic medical records Pull charts for scheduled appointments and audits; deliver records to appropriate departments File lab results, reports, and correspondence; verify physician signatures Maintain record accuracy, compliance, and quality control Process authorized medical record requests in accordance with HIPAA guidelines Perform general clerical and administrative support duties as assigned Qualifications Knowledge of basic clinical procedures and medical terminology Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Los Angeles, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
