Medical Assistant/ Scribe

Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and professional Medical Assistant/Scribe to join our team. The ideal candidate will be one of the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service . This role requires strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Clincal Knowledge and Computer skills with an EMR is essential for success in this position. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience. Position requires 7:00-5 Monday thru Thursday. We are only open 4 days a week. Responsibilities Recording patient visits in the electronic medical record (EMR/EHR)

Documenting:

History of present illness, review of systems, Physical exam findings, and assessment and treatment plans Entering lab, imaging, and prescription orders for provider review. Preparing charts before appointments. Updating patient histories, medications, and allergies Coordinating referral or follow-up paperwork. Tracking test results and provider communications. Rooming patients. Recording medical Histories. Scribing during patient visit.
