Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Medical Scribe and Medical Assistant to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support clinical operations, enhance patient care, and ensure accurate medical documentation. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating enthusiasm for healthcare and a passion for precision. Duties Transcribe detailed patient encounters accurately in electronic health record (EHR) systems during medical examinations and consultations Assist healthcare providers with medical documentation, ensuring all records are complete, clear, and compliant with regulations Support physicians by preparing exam rooms, collecting patient histories, and recording vital signs Maintain organized and up-to-date medical records, charts, and documentation files Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems efficiently to input data and retrieve patient information Demonstrate strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to facilitate accurate note-taking and record keeping Assist with basic clinical tasks such as preparing supplies, managing inventory, and supporting patient flow Qualifications Proven experience in a medical office setting or as a medical scribe is highly preferred Strong transcription skills with excellent typing speed and accuracy Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems used in clinical environments Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and medical documentation standards Ability to multitask effectively in a busy healthcare setting while maintaining attention to detail Previous emergency room experience or exposure to acute care environments is a plus Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor Join us in making a difference by supporting our clinicians and enhancing patient experiences through precise documentation and compassionate assistance.
