Job Description

Institute for Restorative Medicine (IRM) is seeking an exceptional, highly motivated, and detail-oriented Super Scribe / Administrative Assistant to join our rapidly expanding vascular and interventional medicine team. This is not an ordinary administrative position. We are looking for a dynamic professional who can seamlessly transition between clinical and administrative environments while supporting both patient care and organizational operations. Position Overview The selected candidate will work directly alongside our Vascular Nurse Practitioner during clinic hours, providing real-time medical scribing and documentation support within eClinicalWorks (eCW) to ensure efficient, accurate, and high-quality patient care. On days without scheduled patients, the candidate will work directly with the Chief Surgical Officer (CSO), assisting with administrative projects, operational initiatives, scheduling coordination, compliance support, and special assignments across multiple healthcare facilities. This position requires travel between our vascular clinic locations in: Jonesboro, GA Newnan, GA Peachtree City, GA Conyers, GA Candidates must have reliable transportation and be comfortable working in multiple clinic environments. Primary Responsibilities Accompany the Vascular Nurse Practitioner during patient encounters and provide accurate real-time medical scribing. Document patient histories, examinations, assessments, treatment plans, and follow-up recommendations within eClinicalWorks (eCW). Maintain accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality of all patient information. Assist with clinic workflow optimization and patient coordination. Support the Chief Surgical Officer with administrative and operational projects. Prepare reports, correspondence, spreadsheets, presentations, and professional communications. Assist with scheduling, credentialing support, project tracking, compliance initiatives, and special assignments. Collaborate with clinical and administrative leadership to improve efficiency and patient experience. Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Qualifications Required Previous Medical Scribe experience. Previous experience using eClinicalWorks (eCW). Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical documentation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities. Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between clinic locations. Professional appearance and demeanor. Preferred Experience working in vascular, cardiovascular, interventional, surgical, or specialty medical practices. Previous administrative assistant experience in a healthcare setting. Knowledge of healthcare operations and clinical workflows. Experience coordinating multiple providers, locations, or clinical schedules.
