Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant/RN to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess a diverse skill set in various medical areas. They will be a quick learner and must be able to keep track of tasks and prioritize them accordingly. Being able to stay organized and manage your time efficiently is essential for excelling in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols
• Assist providers with surgeries and procedures
• Administer medications under provider supervision
• Maintain accurate patient medical records
• Handle patient scheduling and coordination of care
• Provide patient education on treatments and procedures
• Assist with rooming patients and assessing them for providers

Skills:

• 2+ years experience working as a Medical Assistant required; dermatology experience preferred
• Knowledge of medication administration protocols
• Familiarity with medical terminology
• Must be computer/iPad savvy (EMR & scribe on iPad)
