Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help streamline patient visits, enhance clinical workflows, and ensure a positive experience for every patient. Duties Assist healthcare providers by documenting patient encounters accurately in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, including detailed notes on patient history, physical exams, and treatment plans Gather and record vital signs with precision and professionalism Support patient intake processes by collecting medical histories, updating demographic information, and explaining procedures clearly Aid in performing clinical tasks such as assisting in procedures and post operative care, Manage medical administrative support tasks including organizing charts, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate documentation of procedures Prepare patients for examinations or procedures by explaining steps and ensuring comfort in outpatient or inpatient settings Qualifications Prior experience in clinical settings is highly desirable Knowledge of medical terminology, to support accurate documentation and patient care Familiarity with EHR systems and ICD coding processes to ensure precise recordkeeping Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) Strong patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically across diverse populations Ability to perform clinical tasks such as intake assessments, vital signs collection, Scribing for medical visits to support procedures confidently Demonstrated ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team in fast-paced environments Join us to make a meaningful difference through energetic dedication and meticulous attention to detail—helping patients receive the highest quality care while advancing your career in a supportive environment.
