Responsibilities Transcribe detailed clinical notes during patient visits, capturing symptoms, diagnoses, treatment plans, and physician instructions with accuracy and speed Assist healthcare providers by documenting medical histories, physical examinations, and procedural details in real-time using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) or Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems Maintain comprehensive and organized medical records in accordance with regulatory standards and clinic policies Demonstrate strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology to ensure precise documentation of complex medical information Support the clinical team by managing medical documentation workflows, including charting lab results, imaging reports, and medication lists Ensure confidentiality and security of all patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations Adapt quickly to emergency room or urgent care environments by accurately capturing rapid-paced interactions and procedures Skills Proficiency in transcription with excellent typing speed and accuracy Prior experience working in a medical office setting or healthcare environment is highly preferred Familiarity with EMR systems and EHR platforms for efficient documentation management Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and medical records management Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced clinical settings such as emergency rooms or urgent care centers Excellent attention to detail combined with active listening skills to accurately capture complex medical conversations Knowledge of medical documentation standards and compliance requirements Join us as a Medical Scribe and become an integral part of delivering exceptional patient care through precise documentation and energetic support.
