Responsibilities Accurately transcribe and document patient-provider interactions in real-time during medical examinations and consultations Assist healthcare providers by entering data into Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems swiftly and precisely Ensure comprehensive documentation of medical histories, symptoms, diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up instructions Maintain organized and up-to-date medical records in compliance with privacy regulations and institutional policies Support providers by preparing documentation for billing, coding, and reporting purposes Clarify medical terminology and abbreviations to ensure accuracy and consistency in records Collaborate with clinical staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and efficient clinic operations Experience Prior experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting is highly preferred Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems is essential for success in this role Strong understanding of medical terminology to accurately interpret provider notes and patient information Proven ability to manage and organize medical records efficiently while maintaining confidentiality Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between healthcare providers and administrative staff This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their career in healthcare, gain hands-on experience with medical documentation, and contribute to delivering exceptional patient care.
