This energetic position combines hands-on clinical support with real-time medical record documentation, ensuring seamless patient experiences. If you thrive in fast-paced settings and are passionate about healthcare, this role offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills and make a meaningful impact. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate well with patients and staff. We are looking for a punctual, self-motivated, team player. Attention to detail is a must. Gap year students are encouraged to apply. Computer skills are required. This full-time position is full-days on Monday through Thursday, with flexibility for Friday hours.
Job duties include:
Rooming patients and obtaining a history Assisting in procedures Cleaning and stocking exam and procedure rooms Following up on test results Assist healthcare providers during patient examinations by preparing rooms, gathering supplies, and ensuring smooth clinical workflows Accurately document patient encounters in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems in real time, including history, physical exams, diagnoses, and treatment plans Provide excellent patient service by addressing questions, offering comfort measures, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their visit Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients of diverse backgrounds and healthcare teams Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
Requirements:
HS Diploma or GED equivalent required Excellent communication skills
