Applicants must be willing and able to work in all three office locations: Basking Ridge, Chatham, and Union, NJ. Reliable transportation is required, as travel between offices is a regular part of this position. This is NOT a summer job-looking for long term.

Full-Time About Us We are a busy, patient-focused dermatology practice seeking a reliable and motivated Medical Assistant/Scribe to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting our providers and ensuring an excellent patient experience. Responsibilities(include but not limited to) Accurately document patient encounters in real time as a medical scribe during dermatology appointments. Assist providers with patient flow and clinical procedures. Prepare examination rooms and maintain clinical supplies. Obtain and document patient histories, medications. Coordinate patient care, follow-up appointments, and referrals as needed. Maintain accurate and timely medical records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system. Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families. Perform other medical assistant duties as assigned. Qualifications Medical Assistant experience is required. Previous medical scribing experience is preferred but not required. Dermatology experience is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment. Professional communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation is required. Pay:

$20.00 - $28.13 per hour
