Responsibilities Transcribe and document physician-patient interactions accurately during medical examinations and procedures Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems to input comprehensive medical data efficiently Assist healthcare providers by capturing detailed notes on patient history, symptoms, diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up instructions Maintain up-to-date and organized medical records, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and institutional standards Demonstrate strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and anatomy to accurately interpret clinical information Support the clinical team by preparing documentation for emergency room visits or urgent care scenarios when needed Collaborate with healthcare staff to clarify documentation details and ensure completeness of medical records Experience Prior experience in a medical office setting or as a Medical Scribe is highly preferred Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and experience with transcription tasks are essential Knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and human anatomy to facilitate precise documentation Strong typing skills with the ability to transcribe quickly and accurately under pressure Experience working in emergency room environments or fast-paced clinics is a plus Familiarity with medical records management and compliance standards is advantageous This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow within the healthcare industry while supporting clinicians in delivering top-tier patient care.
