We are seeking a highly organized and patient-focused individual to join our ambulatory team as a Medical Scribe. Medical students, pre-med graduates, and applicants pursuing careers in medicine are encouraged to apply.

Monday-Friday, Day Shift Job Duties:
Record patient encounters, including medical histories, physical exam findings, procedures, diagnostic results, and provider evaluations Enter and update patient information accurately within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system Obtain and compile previous medical records, laboratory reports, imaging results, and other pertinent documentation for provider review Support providers in maintaining an organized workflow and timely patient appointments Uphold patient privacy by following HIPAA guidelines and confidentiality standards Contribute to smooth clinic operations and a positive patient care experience Perform other duties assigned by management
Benefits :
The hiring range is between $18.00-$21.00 per year/hour.
Qualifications:
Education:
High School diploma or equivalency, required
Experience:
1-2 years' experience with front desk operations, patient scheduling, phone handling, and customer service, strongly preferred
Skills & Competencies:
