Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Medical Scribe to join our healthcare team. The Medical Scribe will work alongside physicians and healthcare providers to document patient encounters in real-time, allowing providers to focus more on direct patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately document patient history, physical exam findings, procedures, and diagnostic test results as dictated by the provider. Enter patient information into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system in a timely and efficient manner. Assist in preparing charts for upcoming patient visits. Ensure completeness and accuracy of medical records. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations. Perform clerical duties as needed (e.g., managing paperwork, locating test results).

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in healthcare or pre-medical studies preferred. MAs encouraged to apply! Prior experience as a scribe, medical assistant, or in a clinical setting is a plus. Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology. Proficiency with EHR systems. Excellent listening, communication, and typing skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Must speak
