• Assist healthcare providers in documenting patient encounters and medical histories
• Accurately record patient information, including symptoms, medical history, and treatment plans
• Transcribe physician orders and prescriptions
• Coordinate with healthcare team to ensure accurate and timely documentation
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
• Assist with medical administrative support tasks as needed ```Experience```
• Previous experience as a medical scribe is required
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and basic life support
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Ability to accurately record information in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Skills:

• Medication administration: Knowledge of medication
• Medical terminology: Proficiency in medical terminology and ability to accurately transcribe medical information
• Anatomy knowledge: Understanding of human anatomy and ability to accurately document anatomical details
