Medical Scribe - Pre-Health Undergraduate or Gap Year Experience

Responsibilities Document provider-patient encounters in real-time during exams and procedures Assist providers with routine administrative tasks to support efficient care delivery Prepare lab results, imaging reports, and patient records for review Accurately record diagnoses, treatment plans, orders, and counseling per provider direction Maintain accuracy and completeness of documentation through clear communication with providers
