Unit Clerk:

Collect, assemble, check and file resident charts Schedule appointments for residents maintain medical records in accordance with federal and state guideline respond timely to requests for medical records for current and past residents ensure all resident charts are complete including doctor signatures return incomplete charts to nursing maintain physician credentials for current and new doctors copy charts as requested assist nursing unit with clerical functions as needed other duties as assigned Full Time Mon-Fri 8am to 4pm
