Medical Scribe Full-Time | $20/hr
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 7:30am-5pm

Horsham, PA 19044 About SEPA Pain & Spine For more than 25 years, SEPA Pain & Spine has provided advanced pain management care to patients throughout Southeast Pennsylvania. Our team is dedicated to helping individuals regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life through personalized treatment and compassionate care. The Opportunity As a Medical Scribe, you will work directly alongside physicians during patient visits, documenting medical encounters in real time and supporting efficient clinical operations. This role plays an important part in maintaining accurate medical records, assisting with electronic health record management, and ensuring providers can focus fully on patient care. The position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and the capability to perform well in a fast-paced clinical environment. What You'll Do Clinical Documentation Accompany physicians during patient examinations and document medical histories, physical findings, and provider interactions Record diagnoses, symptoms, treatment plans, prescriptions, and follow-up instructions as dictated by the physician Document procedures performed during patient visits Orders & Medical Record Accuracy Transcribe physician orders including laboratory tests, imaging studies, and medications Prepare and manage electronic health records to ensure accuracy and completeness Workflow & Operational Support Anticipate provider documentation needs during patient visits Assist with maintaining organized, complete patient records Perform additional related duties as assigned to support clinical operations You'll Thrive in This Role If You… Are highly detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate medical documentation Communicate clearly and professionally with physicians and clinical staff Stay organized and focused in fast-paced environments Can manage multiple tasks while maintaining high standards of accuracy Value patient privacy and understand the importance of confidential information Work well as part of a collaborative healthcare team Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required At least one year of experience as a Medical Scribe or related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred Skills & Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to accurately document patient care and transcribe patient appointments Ability to maintain accuracy of documentation and records Commitment to maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively What We Offer Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Short-Term Disability Insurance Long-Term Disability Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Why You'll Love Working at SEPA Pain & Spine At SEPA Pain & Spine, you'll be part of a healthcare team dedicated to improving the lives of patients through compassionate care and innovative treatment approaches.
