Once trained, you are able to work remote from home. Seeking full-time (will consider part time) Medical Scribe to work alongside physician documenting each medical encounter while the physician evaluates the patient. The scribe will be responsible for updating the patient's electronic medical record (EMR) in EPIC including updating the patient's history of present illness (HPI), family & social history and developing the timeline of past medical history. Meticulous attention to detail is a must. Candidate must be professional, articulate and motivated. Proficient typing skill is essential. Must be able to travel between our two locations in North Phoenix/Scottsdale and Central Phoenix Urology experience a plus
