This is a multi-faceted role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. About Us Alliance Mobile Medical Services provides mobile medical and wound care services, partnering with facilities to deliver high-quality, accessible patient care. Position Overview This role combines real-time clinical scribing for our Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants with broader office and administrative responsibilities, including patient and provider onboarding, facility coordination, and supporting our billing and marketing teams. Key Responsibilities Clinical Scribing Provide real-time virtual or in-person documentation support during live patient encounters Document patient visits accurately and in accordance with company standards, workflows, and documentation requirements Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and all applicable privacy laws Onboarding & Coordination Support patient onboarding processes Assist with onboarding of new physicians, providers, and partnering facilities Coordinate with patient liaisons and the marketing team on facility-related needs Office & Billing Support Work closely with the Office/Billing Manager on scheduling and facility communication Assist with insurance-related communication and follow-up with facilities Help ensure smooth day-to-day office operations Qualifications Prior experience as a medical scribe required Experience with NextGen EMR / HealthFusion strongly preferred Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working with PAs/NPs, facility staff, and administrative teams Knowledge of HIPAA compliance standards Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a healthcare setting
