Job Description

Description We are looking for an experienced Medical Scribe to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a Medical Scribe, you will work closely with healthcare providers to document patient encounters, medical histories, treatment plans, and other essential details in real time. 6 months to 1 year as a full-time scribe in a hospital setting is preferred. Responsibilities:
Accurately document patient encounters, medical history, physical exams, assessments, and treatment plans Input orders for labs, imaging, prescriptions, and referrals under provider supervision Ensure medical documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulations Assist providers by tracking test results and updating patient charts Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations Support the clinical team with additional administrative tasks as needed
Requirements Qualifications:
Experience is a plus, but not required
  • Training will be provided Strong knowledge of medical terminology is essential Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is a bonus Strong written and verbal skills.
Must be reliable, professional, and have a strong work ethic
Work Schedule:
Flexible shifts available between 10 AM
  • 11 PM, 7 days a week Ideal for Medical Scribes needing non-traditional work hours Part-time and full-time shifts available
