We are currently seeking a Full-Time Medical Scribe to join our growing team.

Position Summary:

The Medical Scribe will work directly with our physicians and nurse practitioners to document patient visits in real-time, using the eClinicalWorks (eCW) electronic medical records system. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in a healthcare career who is detail-oriented, efficient, and passionate about women's health.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately document patient encounters in eClinicalWorks (eCW) during examinations and consultations Record patient history, physical exams, procedures, diagnoses, and treatment plans Assist in managing and tracking lab orders, imaging results, referrals, and follow-ups Maintain up-to-date and complete patient charts Support providers with administrative tasks and workflow optimization Maintain strict patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations Communicate effectively with providers, clinical staff, and front office team

Required Qualifications:

Experience using eClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR is required Bilingual in Spanish or Arabic is strongly preferred Strong knowledge of medical terminology, particularly in women's health Prior experience as a medical scribe or in a clinical/OBGYN setting preferred Excellent typing skills (minimum 60 WPM) and comfort with computer systems Highly organized with strong attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or college coursework in a health-related field preferred
