Fairfax Vascular Center•Fairfax, VA Who You Are As a Clinical Assistant / Medical Scribe at Fairfax Radiology Centers, you are detail-oriented, composed under pressure, and committed to providing exceptional patient support. You thrive in a busy medical office environment and take pride in producing accurate, thorough documentation that supports clinical excellence. What You'll Do Gather and document information for patient visits in partnership with physicians Accurately transcribe patient encounters, including visit details, referrals, and evaluation data Support physicians and healthcare professionals by providing timely, precise documentation Escort patients to exam rooms and assist in maintaining a clean, efficient clinical environment Help ensure a positive, organized, and patient-centered experience throughout each visit What You'll Bring Prior medical office or health-related office experience Strong computer skills and comfort working in electronic medical records Experience with medical terminology required Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with multiple healthcare clinicians College degree preferred Prior experience as a Medical Scribe is a plus Who We Are Fairfax Radiology Centers, LLC (FRC) is the largest radiology practice in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
