Our clinical care team consists of board-certified urologists, most of whom are fellowship-trained, nationally recognized, awarded, and published. Working in a team-based environment, our mission is to help patients optimize their urological health. Job Overview We are looking for a skilled Medical Scribe to join our team, responsible for carrying out various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be a professional with relevant experience in the medical field, ensuring the efficient and effective support of healthcare professionals in delivering quality work. Duties and Responsibilities Provides real time chart documentation for physicians with the highest level of accuracy and efficiency Records patient's history and diagnoses in the EHR as relayed by patient and/or physician Determines pertinent specifics of physical exam that should be recorded in the patient's EHR Places orders in the EHR for diagnostic testing and orders for prescriptions as indicated by physician Record diagnostic and pathologic results into the chart as determined by physician Outlines the physician's medical impression and prepares the plan of follow-up care as indicated by the physician Assists patients when necessary and answers patient questions where appropriate Completes MIPS criteria as indicated during the patient examRequirements:
Required License/Experience/Skills Previous experience in medical setting. Possesses strong oral and written skills for corresponding with physicians, patients, fellow employees, third party insurance company representatives.
