Morning Med Aide/Med Tech

Waters Edge Lodge is currently seeking Medication Aides and/or Med Techs for both AM (6:00am-2:30pm) and PM (2:30pm-11:00pm) shift. Pay Rate- $23.50 per hour The primary functions of a Med Aide/Med Tech are to: Administer medications Assist with care giving as needed Respond to residents' needs promptly React timely to resident pull cords/alerts We are looking for part time employees (position could be full-time for the right candidate) . Regular part-time schedule is 2-on, 4-off On-call/PRN also available Full-time may be available for candidates willing to switch between AM and PM shift.

Minimum qualifications are:

High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 12 months experience or equivalent education in the healthcare environment Ability to speak English clearly to elderly residents Ability to work patiently with cognitively impaired individuals Employment requirements include: current COVID19 vaccination Routine COVID tests Physical TB test Fingerprint clearance from the FBI & Dept. of Justice Waters Edge Lodge is nestled in a unique and peaceful setting on the lagoon of Harbor Bay.
