Job Description

Description:

As a med tech, your primary responsibility is delivering personalized resident care for all our community members, which requires intimately knowing every resident and their unique needs.
Other primary responsibilities include:
Assist residents with medication management, including pouring and passing medications to residents in strict compliance with physicians orders Ensure all medication documentation is current and accurate Coordinate medication orders and deliveries with pharmacies and ensure the medication room is neat, clean, organized and maintained consistent with all applicable standards and procedures Monitor psychotropic medication use is consistent with physician orders and ensure resident behaviors actually warrant the use of medication Assist residents with personal care services, such as bathing, dressing, using the bathroom and grooming Assist residents with mobility issues, including escort and transfer Assist residents with housekeeping, such making the bed and cleaning the kitchen and bathroom Consistently utilize eHR (electronic medical records) and other systems to ensure resident care is accurately tracked and delivered consistent with each resident's care plan Observe residents for safety and report any change of condition or other pertinent information to

Qualifications:
At least 18 years of age High school diploma or GED, preferred 5 years of experience Experience interacting with and deeply relating to seniors Meets all applicable licensing and background requirements Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Alignment with Tenfold core values: curiosity, creativity, resilience, compassion, intention and contribution Ability to work 10pm
  • 6am either tuesday
  • saturday or sunday
