Your expertise in medical terminology, aseptic techniques, and medication handling will contribute to safe and efficient pharmacy workflows. Duties Assist pharmacists with medication intake, verification, and dispensing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with medical protocols Support medication administration by managing inventory levels, restocking supplies, and tracking medication usage Handle patient inquiries with professionalism, providing clear information about medications and pharmacy services Maintain meticulous records of medication orders, transfers, and inventory logs in accordance with hospital or LTC policies Collaborate with healthcare teams to facilitate smooth medication delivery and address any discrepancies or concerns promptly Experience Prior pharmacy experience in hospital or LTC pharmacy environments is highly preferred Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology relevant to pharmacy operations and patient care Familiarity with hospital workflows, intake procedures, and medication inventory management systems Strong communication skills focused on delivering excellent patient service and supporting healthcare teams Ability to work efficiently under pressure in fast-paced environments while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Embark on a rewarding career path where your skills directly impact patient well-being.
