We are dedicated to providing the highest quality lifestyles to our Residents, and provide a broad range of specialty services focused on Assisted and Memory Care Residents. We currently seek 1 Medication Technician and 2 Caregivers to focus on creating a positive experience for all residents and their family members by providing outstanding care and customer service. In order to apply you MUST have a heart for seniors and demonstrate patience and kindness in every situation. The right candidates will possess all of the following as well as specialty areas designated below:
- 2 years experience in Assisted Living recommended
- RCFE Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fingerprint clearance as required by government regulations and negative TB test Some Medication Technician responsibilities include:
- Assist residents with their daily medication, treatments and resident care as assigned
- Observe and verify that medication is ingested or applied as directed
- Maintain accurate, complete and confidential resident medication and care records
- Keep Medicine carts and areas orderly, clean and appropriately stocked and locked
- Assist Caregivers in the performance of their job and assume caregiver activities when needed
Med Tech Wage Range:
$24.96 to $29.20 Some Caregiver responsibilities include:- Assist residents in their Activities of Daily Living (ADL) tasks as needed and directed (includes bathing/bathroom activities, all related hygiene, dressing and care/upkeep of personal areas).
- Respond to resident's needs promptly while maintaining their self-respect, personal dignity, personal safety and confidentiality.
- Assist residents into and out of bed/wheelchair as needed, following safe lifting/transferring techniques.
- Respond timely to resident pull cords and pendant alerts.
