Pour and assist residents with medications according to Physician orders, medication training, and Company policies and procedures; Re-order medications following the Company policies and procedures; Keep medication room and cart clean and orderly at all times; Ensure residents do not run out of medications at any time; Understand and follow all emergency protocols and respond to emergencies as directed and per Community training; File appropriate paperwork in residents charts; Keep medication room, cart, cupboards, and records locked when not in use; Treat residents with dignity and respect. Provide privacy during personal care; Make a significant contribution to the quality of life of the people who live in the community by initiating meaningful connections and interactions; Transfer orders to the MAR as directed by Licensed Nurse; Order medical supplies as directed by Licensed Nurse; Assist Care Associates as needed; Contribute information vital to the development and implementation of customized service plans; Review MARS after each cycle change; Assist with cost control by utilizing resources efficiently and in a waste free manner.
