If you are passionate about providing quality care to the elderly we encourage you to apply. Looking for team members willing to learn and excited about healthcare! Pour and assist residents with medications according to Physician orders, medication training, and Company policies and procedures; Re-order medications following the Company policies and procedures; Keep medication room and cart clean and orderly at all times; Ensure residents do not run out of medications at any time; Understand and follow all emergency protocols and respond to emergencies as directed and per Community training; File appropriate paperwork in residents charts; Keep medication room, cart, cupboards, and records locked when not in use; Treat residents with dignity and respect. Provide privacy during personal care; Make a significant contribution to the quality of life of the people who live in the community by initiating meaningful connections and interactions; Transfer orders to the MAR as directed by Licensed Nurse; Order medical supplies as directed by Licensed Nurse; Assist Care Associates as needed; Contribute information vital to the development and implementation of customized service plans; Review MARS after each cycle change; Assist with cost control by utilizing resources efficiently and in a waste free manner.
