Part-Time Overnight QMAP Position

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual for a Part-Time Overnight QMAP position working within residential homes. Schedule 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (overnight shifts) Friday & Saturday nights Sunday & Monday nights Consistent, set schedule (no rotating shifts) Position Overview Assigned to a set home unless a call off occurs, and then moving to that home. Responsible for deep cleaning and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness Must be willing to cover open shifts if needed Communication Client and Customer Service / Participant Focus Critical/ Creative Thinking Ethical Practice Flexibility Willingness to serve others Responsible for the overall care and well-being of participants. Formulate and input documentation within an electronic data base. Administer medications (training for QMAP Certification will be provided if not already certified). Help coordinate participant activities. Maintain a professional and positive attitude. Experience dealing with difficult situations. Qualifications and Requirements High School Diploma or GED Equivalent is required. State of Colorado Qualified Medication Administration Person (QMAP) certification is preferred, but if not held Company will pay for QMAP Training and certification depending on shift and duties.

Supervises:

No direct reports with posted position, although Company provides opportunities for advancement to other positions.

FLSA Status:

Non-Exempt QMAP certification (required) Current CPR/First Aid Certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross is preferred, but if not held Company will pay for training and certification. Must possess basic cooking skills/knowledge. Must have written and computer skills. Experience with charting on Electronic Health Record is preferred. Must submit to and pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and criminal background check. Must be at least 18 years of age or older. Applicants under 18 will not be considered.
