Your Role:

Administer medications accurately and in accordance with physician orders and state guidelines Monitor residents for medication side effects or changes in condition and report to the supervising nurse Maintain clear, timely documentation of medication administration and resident observations Work closely with CNAs, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to support resident care plans Provide respectful, dignified care in a safe, clean, and compassionate environment Assist in promoting residents' independence and overall well-being Support our mission to deliver high-quality care rooted in trust, integrity, and community

Who We're Looking For:

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of Colorado Valid Colorado certification as a Medication Aide (or applicable qualifications to administer medications) Strong communication skills and attention to detail Compassionate, team-oriented, and dependable Committed to upholding care standards and contributing to a positive work environment At The Valley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, your work matters.
