General Purpose:
The Medication Refill Assistant will serve as the Mountain Family Health Centers' expert on medication refills and will work with the Director of Pharmacy to ensure program integrity and success. This team member will assist patients and prescribers with responding to medication refill requests promptly, working with insurance processing prior authorizations, and identifying and completing medication assistance program applications.
Job Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous work experience completing similar tasks in the healthcare setting required. Current certification as pharmacy technician, nurse, or MA preferred. Bi-lingual in Spanish and English required.
Salary:
$24-$27 per hour;
