We are currently seeking a Caregiver/QMAP (Qualified Medication Administration Person) who shares our passion for senior care and is committed to creating a nurturing, supportive environment.

Position Overview:

As a Caregiver/QMAP, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents' daily needs, administering medications safely, and enhancing their overall well-being. This role is perfect for a compassionate, dependable professional who enjoys making a difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:

Resident Care Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Provide emotional support and companionship. Monitor and report changes in physical or emotional health. Medication Administration Accurately administer medications according to individual care plans and physician instructions. Document all medication administration per state guidelines and facility policy. Watch for and report any side effects or adverse reactions. Safety & Compliance Follow all health and safety protocols, including infection control measures. Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment. Ensure compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations. Teamwork & Communication Collaborate with nurses, supervisors, and other caregivers to provide coordinated care. Communicate clearly with residents, families, and staff. Participate in ongoing training and team meetings.

Qualifications:

Certification:

Current QMAP certification in Colorado (or ability to obtain before start date). CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Experience:

Previous caregiving experience in assisted living or healthcare is a plus.

Skills:

Compassionate, patient, and attentive to seniors' needs. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Basic computer skills for documentation.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs. Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift. Able to perform repetitive physical tasks.
