In this vital role, you will provide safe and accurate medication administration to residents in Residential Care Home (RCH) setting. Your expertise will ensure that individuals with diverse needs receive the highest standard of medication management and patient care. The aid must be a Connecticut state licensed medication certified. Duties Administer prescribed medications to residents according to established protocols and guidelines. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of resident information. Uphold cleanliness and safety standards within the caregiving environment. Requirements Current certification as a Medication Aide or similar credential or will be trained and assisted through the licensing process. Experience in senior care or home care settings preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. Compassionate demeanor with a genuine interest in providing quality care to residents. Ability to follow instructions accurately while adhering to safety protocols.

Pay:
