Job Description

Encore at Foulk is seeking a compassionate and dependable Medication Technician (LLAM Certified) to join our dedicated care team. This role is essential in ensuring our residents receive safe, respectful, and high-quality care every day. Evening Shift and Night Shift Key Responsibilities:
Administer prescribed medications in accordance with Delaware state regulations and facility policies Accurately document medication administration and resident observations Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including dressing, hygiene, and mobility Monitor residents for changes in physical or mental condition and promptly report concerns Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members Maintain a clean, safe, and organized resident environment
Qualifications & Mandatory Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Completion of the Delaware Assisted Living (LLAM) Medication Technician course specific to Assisted Living (REQUIRED) Experience in Assisted Living preferred Current CPR/First Aid & BLS certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and compassion for elder care Must be available to work weekends This organization does not discriminate in hiring or employment on the basis of ancestry, race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, military status, veteran status, or disability.
