This paid position offers an opportunity to grow your skills while delivering exceptional patient-centered care. Duties Administer medications accurately following prescribed protocols while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or those requiring specialized dementia or Alzheimer's care is advantageous. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner for managing patient records efficiently. Background in acute care or hospice settings that involve caring for patients with complex medical needs is beneficial. Strong understanding of physiology and anatomy relevant to caregiving tasks like catheter care or vital signs monitoring. Previous roles involving caregiving, home & community care experience, or working with individuals with disabilities will help you excel in this position. This role is designed for motivated individuals eager to provide high-quality patient care while advancing their professional skills in a dynamic healthcare environment.
