Florida Background Clearing House https://info.flclearinghouse.com/ Assisting nursing personnel in providing non-professional nursing care and simple resident services, under the direction and supervision of the Health Service Director. Responsibilities Provides care as directed by Health Service Director to residents. Reports observations and other pertinent information related to the care of the resident. Gives general assistance to residents including but not limited to assistance with clothing changes, personal and oral hygiene, using the bathroom, and feeding. Providing companionship to residents and establishing a trusting relationship with them. Ensuring that residents are taking their prescribed medication. Help transfer residents according to facility procedure. Perform other duties as assigned and as outlined in Procedure and Policy manual and disaster and fire plan. Change bed linens according to facility policy. Provide laundry services as necessary.
